Escape to the magic of the Cornish coast! The coastal town of Bude, famous for its stunning surf beach, unique sea pool, beautiful cliff walks and lively town has something for everyone.

The Beach house is a large 3 bed property right by Crooklets beach in beautiful Bude. With 1 king, 1 double room and a single room with an extra pull out bed to make it a twin, it's a great family property for a relaxed stay by the beach.

The space
The apartment has a large open plan kitchen and lounge complete with 2 comfy sofas plus armchairs, free WiFi, a 39 inch TV and a view towards the golf course and the sea. The apartment has been mostly decorated using Farrow and Ball paint and furnished with solid oak furniture for our holiday home that we will love to share with you. Light streams in through the south-facing sitting room windows and at dusk you can look towards the sun setting over the sea.

The kitchen is a good size with plentiful cupboard and surface space, an island, a large although not new fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. The open plan space houses a glass dining table with solid oak legs before the sitting room area begins with comfy sofas, armchairs, a shaggy rug, games, fleece blanket, everything you need to cuddle up and be cosy after a day’s surfing, body boarding, picnicking, hiking or just relaxing.

Bedroom 1 has a solid oak king size bed, bedside tables with lights, blackout curtains, a wardrobe hanging space and a solid oak chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 has a solid oak double bed, bedside tables, a solid oak chest of drawers, and a view to the back garden.

Bedroom 3 has a single bed with another single bed pull-out underneath, suitable for adults and perfect for children. Also with a view to the back garden.

Bathroom is equipped with a bath, separate shower, toilet and basin. Next door is another separate toilet.

In the basement utility road there is a washing machine, a dryer and a selection of body boards and a surfboard.

Guest access
The apartment is private and only guests have access to the property

Other things to note
In the sideboard in the hallway there are some wetsuit items such as a few booties, some wetsuit flippers etc. Feel free to use these but please take care of them as if they were your own. Also in the sideboard are a number of beach towels, some new, some family towels. You are welcome to use any of these at the beach or when you go out hiking but please make sure they are fully dry when you put them away in the sideboard again.

We are very child friendly and have a travel cot and a high chair to help you with your little people. If they are slightly bigger kids, the twin single pull out bed is ideal.
