AMENITIES



List all your amenities for your guests, work room by room and keep a total for us to use as your inventory to check for breakages and to use on cleaning check lists. Think about your luxury / premium items, your standard / basic items and also your safety items like smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. If you wish to have your property marketed as a luxury listing you need to ensure the home is well stocked with cooking supplies, serving essentials, high quality bathroom amenities (toilet paper and toiletries), additional linens, and at least two towels of each type per guest based on the maximum occupancy of the home.​
