Our beautiful town house is situated on a quiet street in the heart of picturesque Topsham, and is a short walk from shops, pubs and estuary. The Grade II listed Regency townhouse is the perfect escape. Books, games, piano, open fire, cinema / games rooms (half-sized snooker/table tennis, board games) on four floors. Sleeps 6, recommended for max 4 adults. Great for car-free trips, the historical city of Exeter and sandy beaches of Exmouth are 15 minutes away by train

The space
The property is a large 3 bedroom house set over 4 floors. You enter on the ground floor where the property benefits from a lovely sittingroom/ diner with open fire and comfy sofas, the kitchen and small front and back courtyard gardens. from the dining room there is access to the basement where you will find the games room and the TV snug room, perfect for giving the kids some space of their own.
The first floor has the master bedroom, with a large Kingsize bed and a Single bed in it. This room also has a cot which can be moved to any room. The top floor has two bedrooms and you have to pass through the first bedroom which has a single bed, to get to the last bedroom which is a large room with the option of either another kingsize bed or twin singles.
