Six of us had a wonderful stay in John's house. It is extremely central and near pubs, restaurants and the river. Enjoyed the real fire and using the aga. One of the twin bedrooms is downstairs and near a toilet. The remaining three double bedrooms and one twin bedrooms are upstairs with a lovely family bathroom. The main bedroom is ensuite. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

The house is right in the heart of Topsham with TWO parking places! It’s large and comfortable with great beds, pillows and bathrooms. The garden is secure for dogs. We loved walking straight from the house to the”Goat Walk” and also to the brilliant shopping and pubs. Fantastic.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this well equipped house with friends. John was very helpful and responded to our questions quickly and fully. Topsham is delightful. We also enjoyed a great walk along the coastal path and another on Dartmoor. The area is stunningly beautiful.

We had such a brilliant time at Quay House - the perfect place for a weekend away with friends with plenty of space to relax. Lovely toasty Aga in the kitchen, very well equipped, easy walk to pubs and shops in Topsham.

Bedrooms were great, it worked well with 3 generations staying together.
Everywhere was clean
Topsham is a great town.
We didn’t use our cars during our stay. We got the train to Exeter one day then explored Topsham for the rest of our stay. Outdoor swimming pool in the town was a bonus.
