Great accommodation - well equipped, comfortable and clean.
Great location - in the centre of Topsham, minutes walk to a wide range of shops, restaurants and pubs. Has a parking space which is a premium feature in Topsham.
Great travel links - buses and trains to Exeter, Exmouth etc. and good road access for exploring further afield. Plenty of local walks along coast (don't miss the Goat Walk) and an RSPB nature reserve. Lovely area for cycling.
