Really lovely cottage with a large garden. Perfect location to enjoy walks around Topsham. Easy to get into Exeter for the uni. Cottage was clean and exactly as described. We had an excellent stay.
Fantastic location in Topsham with a very responsive host. Clear instructions and I think great value for money. Will book again if in the area.
My wife & I wanted a short break in the Exeter area and chose Brimble cottage. We’re glad we did, it looked ideal on the website and it lived up to expectations.
Topsham is a great little place, right on the river so it gives easy access to the Exe Valley trail and it has any number of really good pubs & cafes and local shops.
The host (John) was really helpful and overall we had a great time.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at the cottage and were able to enjoy the garden too. There was everything we needed for our visit and the provision of parking permits was very helpful. Our host always responded swiftly to any queries we had and we would recommend the accommodation.
