Number 5 Exe Street is a lovely, three-floor terraced property in the heart of Topsham, Exeter. With the high street a minute’s walk in one direction and the river a few paces the other, Exe Street is a perfect, quiet backwater in the middle of Topsham.

This charming house has everything you should need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at any time of year, within 400m of the main car park and train station.

The house is situated halfway down Exe Street and is accessed via a small flight of steps to the front door.

From the entrance hall, you have access to the ground floor open plan lounge/ diner and kitchen on one side and the stairs to the upper floors. The property has a pretty courtyard garden off the kitchen, with dining chairs, table and parasol. The garden is accessed through French windows.

There is also a WC off the hallway and a Washer/Dryer under the stairs.

The stairs take you up to the first floor which hosts the master bedroom with king size bed and a separate single room. Both bedrooms have pocket sprung mattresses. There's also the family bathroom which has a full bath tub with shower over.

Taking the stairs upwards from the first floor, you come to the lovely top floor single room, bound to be a hit with kids and teenagers who want to be away from everyone else during the stay! The room has its own TV and glimpses of the estuary from the window.
